What this site keeps, and what it never asks for.

Short version: your answers stay in your browser unless you sign in; we never ask for data about the people you support, your donors or your staff.

Without an account

Your answers, your plan and your box are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them. You can download your plan as a file at any time.

With an account

If you sign in with your email, we store your email address and the same answers, plan and box against your account so you can reach them from another device. We use Supabase (EU region) to hold this. We do not sell or share it. You can delete your account and its data by emailing us.

What we never ask for

• Names or details of the people you support
• Donor names or gifts
• Staff or volunteer personal records
• Bank or card details

The prompts the site generates tell Claude the same thing: never share these.
